Types of Support Instruments

1. Purpose-Specific Grants

These grants are awarded for specific developmental or public-interest purposes. While non-repayable, they are monitored closely to ensure transparency, effective use and performance accountability.

  • Educational Grant
Covers tuition fees, learning resources, or training programs. Subject to regular academic performance and periodic review.

  • Livelihood Support Grant
Enables individuals or micro-enterprises to initiate or expand income-generating activities. May include support for skills, equipment, or operational infrastructure.

  • Research and Innovation Grant
Supports public-benefit research in fields like agriculture, climate action, open science, or education.

  • Environmental or Sustainability Grant
For eco-restoration, regenerative agriculture, or clean energy initiatives with measurable environmental or community impact.

  • Community Animal Welfare Grant
Primarily to support the medical care, sterilization and care of community animals.

2. Recoverable Development Support

These grants are non-commercial but recoverable assistance structured around the principle of mutual accountability and shared growth. These are not loans in the conventional sense and carry no interest; however, Triquetrus maintains an active interest in project success and may offer or request collaboration, reporting, or shared progress review. They are monitored closely to ensure transparency, effective use and performance accountability. An “Impact Participation Clause” may be added where Triquetrus plays an ongoing role in advising or collaborating with the recipient.

  • Livelihood Bridge Grant
Working capital or tools for initiating sustainable livelihood projects. Recovery expected within an agreed timeframe.

  • Educational Bridge Grant
Time-bound recoverable support for students or learners. Repayment is expected upon reaching a certain earning capacity.

  • Strategic Returnable Grant
Milestone-linked capital support with a documented agreement. Repayment is only expected if agreed outcomes are achieved.

3. Philanthropic and Charitable Grants

These are non-returnable unconditional support for humanitarian, social, or welfare-driven efforts. No repayment or performance obligation applies.

  • Charitable Grant
Directed towards healthcare, human rights, or welfare organizations with strong community alignment.

  • Emergency & Humanitarian Relief Grant
Time-sensitive assistance in response to disasters, pandemics, or urgent unmet needs.

4. Private Strategic Support Arrangement

These are bespoke structured engagements and relationship-based support with mutual commitments, between Triquetrus and select individuals, enterprises, or initiatives aligned with its mission. Designed to foster mutual learning, capacity building, and long-term alignment — not profit extraction.

Support under this arrangement may take one or more of the following forms:

  • Returnable Financial Aid
Zero- or low-interest financial support with a clearly defined return schedule, based on cash flow capacity or project milestones.

  • Equity or Financial Stake Participation
Where appropriate, Triquetrus may take a non-controlling equity stake or financial interest in the supported venture. Such arrangements are guided by ethical investment principles, shared value creation, and long-term impact alignment.

  • Strategic Resource Sharing
Includes access to infrastructure, tools, branding, advisory, or collaborative development initiatives.

All such arrangements are formalized through mutual agreements outlining responsibilities, timelines, and shared intent. These are not commercial loans and are governed by the principles of ethical collaboration, regenerative growth, and trust-based accountability.
